Feeling Great is on a mission to help the world ‘feel great’ by tackling the world's largest health problem, mental health. We are building the first ever digital AI companion that gives users a dramatic mood boost in just two hours. Early tests of our app show a 67% decrease in 7 negative emotions: sadness, inadequacy, hopelessness, guilt, loneliness, frustration and anger.
Our breakthrough is based on TEAM, a new, high-speed approach to help people change the way they think and feel developed by our cofounder Dr. David Burns. Dr. Burns pioneered and popularized Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, now the most researched and practiced form of therapy in the world. Dr. David Burns has spent the last 40 years doing research and development to create TEAM. We believe that our breakthrough will be considered similar in scope and impact to the polio vaccine.

What we’re looking for:
We are seeking a visionary marketing leader with a passion for brand storytelling and a proven track record in building and evolving brands through creative and strategic marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate brings a minimum of 10 years of marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role, and possesses deep expertise across brand management, product marketing, digital marketing, and social media engagement. He or she should be adept at navigating the digital landscape, using data to inform decisions, and inspiring a team to achieve collective goals.
The individual we're looking for will have a keen eye for market trends and the agility to adapt strategies in real-time, ensuring Feeling Great’s brand not only resonates with our audience but also sets a benchmark in the wellness space. They should be an exceptional communicator, capable of forging strong connections with both internal teams and our community, and driven by a desire to make a tangible impact on people's lives through our brand's mission and values.
Your responsibilities:
- Brand Management | Lead the development and enforcement of brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all channels. You'll be the guardian of our brand's image, working to differentiate Feeling Great in the wellness space.
- Product Marketing | Work closely with product teams to position, launch, and promote our solutions. Your expertise in messaging and customer engagement will be critical in meeting our business objectives.
- Digital Marketing | Leverage online platforms and digital channels, including social media, SEO, email marketing, and content marketing, to expand our reach and engage with our audience effectively.
- Content Marketing | Develop and execute a dynamic content marketing strategy led through a video first strategy, that increases brand visibility, engages target audiences across multiple platforms, and drives measurable outcomes, leveraging SEO best practices and audience analytics for continuous optimization.
- Social Media Management | Develop and implement social media strategies that resonate with our audience, creating engaging content and utilizing metrics to optimize our presence across platforms.
- Data Analysis and Metrics | Utilize analytics tools to assess the effectiveness of marketing strategies, making data-informed decisions to enhance our marketing performance.
