Feeling Great is on a mission to help the world ‘feel great by tackling the world's largest health problem, mental health. We are building the first ever digital AI companion that gives users a dramatic mood boost in just two hours. Early tests of our app show a 67% decrease in 7 negative emotions: sadness, inadequacy, hopelessness, guilt, loneliness, frustration and anger.
Our breakthrough is based on TEAM, a new, high-speed approach to help people change the way they think and feel developed by our cofounder Dr. David Burns. Dr. Burns pioneered and popularized Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, now the most researched and practiced form of therapy in the world. Dr. David Burns has spent the last 40 years doing research and development to create TEAM. We believe that our breakthrough will be considered similar in scope and impact to the polio vaccine.

What we’re looking for:
We’re looking for a creative, collaborative, metrics driven individual to help us hit our ambitious subscriber goals. We have a unique opportunity in that the Feeling Good brand started by our cofounder Dr. David Burns is familiar to millions of people via his books and podcasts. We need someone to help us leverage that existing brand to spread the word about the Feeling Great App and help us sell tens of thousands of app subscriptions.
Your responsibilities:
- Execute | Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve subscriber targets
- Performance Tracking | Oversee the creation of engaging and persuasive content across various channels, including digital, social media, and email and measure the impact
- Experimentation | Iterate on hypotheses and design experiments to test different marketing strategies, creative assets, and messaging for continuous improvement and discovery (ie build an influencers program, improve SEM and LPO)
- Cross-Collaboration | Work with other departments to align on strategy, messaging and execution
Who you are:
- Resourceful | Highly adaptable with a scrappy mindset, a willingness to experiment, take calculated risks, and think creatively to drive channel growth
- In the Know | A persistent finger-on-the-pulse of the latest trends and best practices in lifecycle marketing strategy, technology, and channels.
- Analytics and Metrics Driven | A love of metrics and hitting goals, along with the ability to use spreadsheets to model out new ideas
- Reliable | Comfort with ambiguity and uncertainty, and a proactive problem-solving approach with Strong sense of ownership and accountability for outcomes.
- Effective Communicator | Experience collaborating cross-functionally, especially with product, creative, and data & analytics teams
You have:
- 3-5 years of experience in inbound marketing or digital marketing. Bonus: subscription experience.
- Proven track record of building successful marketing campaigns that attract new customers through channels like Facebook, YouTube and Instagram
