Feeling Great is on a mission to help the world ‘feel great’ by tackling the world's largest health problem, mental health. We are building the first ever digital AI companion that gives users a dramatic mood boost in just two hours. Early tests of our app show a 67% decrease in 7 negative emotions: sadness, inadequacy, hopelessness, guilt, loneliness, frustration and anger.
Our breakthrough is based on TEAM, a new, high-speed approach to help people change the way they think and feel developed by our cofounder Dr. David Burns. Dr. Burns pioneered and popularized Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, now the most researched and practiced form of therapy in the world. Dr. David Burns has spent the last 40 years doing research and development to create TEAM. We believe that our breakthrough will be considered similar in scope and impact to the polio vaccine.

Your responsibilities:
- Go-to-Market (GTM) & Market Research | Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies and conduct market research to inform strategic decisions and ensure successful new verticals (e.g. enterprise) and revenue expansion opportunities.
- Process Optimization | Identify inefficiencies in current processes and implement optimized workflows to enhance operational efficiency and scalability.
- System & Tools Implementation | Lead the selection, implementation, and management of business systems and tools to support operational excellence and train team members on their effective use.
- Business Operations | Design and optimize existing processes, manage partnerships and pilots, and support product operations to enhance overall business efficiency and performance
- Strategic Initiatives | Collaborate on strategic business operations initiatives, identifying opportunities for improvement, driving process optimizations, and implementing scalable solutions to enhance overall organizational performance.
